1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winmaya ("winmaya," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the winmaya online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at https://winmaya.app and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any winmaya service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the winmaya Platform.

winmaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the winmaya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of winmaya, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the winmaya Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

winmaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by winmaya may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the winmaya Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. winmaya reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winmaya account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

You agree to notify winmaya immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. winmaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

winmaya employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA), to protect your account. However, no security system is impenetrable, and winmaya does not warrant that the Platform is free from all security vulnerabilities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

winmaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank, among others as may be updated from time to time.

All transactions on the winmaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winmaya does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

• Minimum Deposit: As specified on the winmaya deposit page, subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: winmaya aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours.
• Verification Requirement: winmaya may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the Platform. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

winmaya reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Funds deposited on the Platform may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the winmaya account.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

winmaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• winmaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who winmaya reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms – may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the winmaya Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems operated by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by winmaya or any third party.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winmaya Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.

winmaya reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines was affected by prohibited conduct, technical error, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Responsible Gaming

winmaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. winmaya provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the winmaya Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the winmaya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of winmaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the winmaya Platform without the prior written consent of winmaya.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winmaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

winmaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winmaya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winmaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winmaya shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your winmaya account at any time by contacting the winmaya support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to your registered payment method.

winmaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if winmaya reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, winmaya may withhold any funds pending investigation.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the winmaya Platform shall first be submitted to winmaya's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
